DTF--Build A Gang Sheet

DTF Transfers are printed on gang sheets that are 22 inches wide and range from 12-120 inches long. Images can be full-color graphics including, full-color photos, etc. Custom DTF transfers are printed on high-quality transfer film and inks.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are full-color heat-applied transfers for light and dark garments. Tired of weeding and/or masking vinyl?  Does shirt not have enough polyester to sublimate?  DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and even 100% polyester.

All you need is a heat press!

Image Requirements (Very Important! Please read)

• Make sure the artwork dimensions are exact. We will not resize your artwork or set up your gang sheet.
• File type: PNG
• Recommend DPI: 300
• Image should have a transparent background. DTF printers use white ink so white backgrounds will be printed.
• Trademarked images, Screenshots, and watermarked images will NOT be accepted.
• ARTWORK MUST BE PRINT-READY.

HEAT PRESS
Temp: 325° I Pressure: Heavy
Time: 15 seconds I Peel: HOT or COLD

Heat Press image onto apparel, peel hot or cold and then COVER WITH TEFLON OR PARCHMENT PAPER and repress for 15 seconds 325°
